pc shutting itself off after i exit bios screen

so i put back together pc it got to the bios screen as wanted to check temps and after leaving the bios it shut itself off and im scared to boot it back up

I've always seen it restart, so that's weird. Just try to turn it on again, though.

 

If that doesn't work, reset your CMOS battery.

dont worry... its supposed to work like that..

and to check temps i recommend using Aida 64
