Yeah under load however you posted 6 screenshots above and it's pegged at 4.1Ghz at all times so unless you were stressing it while you took those screenshots it's running at max turbo boost constantly.

Those temps are pretty high for 50% load. Try removing your cooler, repasting it then remounting it.

Ok, make sure the power is connected to the pump (they have a tendency to come loose).

 

Also it's probably worth while double checking the numbers, download HWMonitor 64 (it's free) and check it reports the same values. While your doing that would you mind grabbing CPUz, running at and posting a screenshot.

 

Lastly have you updated the UEFI to the latest version? Sounds odd but brand new boards tend to come with initial release BIOSes which can do weird things like report incorrect information.
