What card is this?

So I need a drop-in replacement for this, and I don't know what it is. I know it's an nVidia GeForce FX 5200, but I'm thinking about a company like ASUS, MSI, Palit, etc. I kind of think that it's a BFG Tech. one. Mind the fan mod. :D
