I have a msi x99s ac power with an i7 5820k, I mounted everything but as soon as I turn on the pc everything starts but i have no video and  the mb shows postcode "D0", I tried everything that came to my mind. Any ideas? Whatever i do, i get the same postcode "D0".

edit: the pc is not in the case

I looked it up, and from what I found it means the motherboard needs a BIOS update for the CPU.

Heard there's 2 ways to do it,

either you find some computer hardware place so they install a CPU that would work on your motherboard without an update, then update it for you to install your own CPU (or they do the flash bios way).

or you have to do a flash bios with the BIOS updated drivers to update it using a flash drive that is bootable.

Do you have any other pc/laptop?

First, you need the bios update for your motherboard. (His motherboard is different) Here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99S-XPOWER-AC

Format your flash drive (This will empty your flash drive) then extract the BIOS update files into it then make it bootable.

The guy in the tutorial has a working CPU so he doesn't need to make it bootable. (But you do)

Good luck buddy.
