PC crashes and reboots

title says it all pc stops/crashes with audio still running, it then reboots. there's no blue screen. ive reinstalled windows and that hasn't fixed anything, so there's no soft ware issues causing the problems.

Could it be because of dirty wall power? i have my pc and 2 monitors plugged into one extension.

any  help would be great.
