GPU + M.2 ssd keeps Rebooting !!!

My desktop experienced suddent black out last night, now my pc is keep rebooting.

 

cpu - ryzen 2200g

mobo - gigabyte ab350-ds3h

ssd - adta xpg sx8200

hdd - 1tb wd

gpu - gtx 1060

psu - coolermaster 500w

 

i test it a whole day just get some weird outcome :

1. when ssd as boot drive and gtx 1060 as display output , my pc success boot in , but display black out within 1 min and pc restart itself ,it just keep looping restart even i stay on wins login screen ...

2. If i use hdd as boot drive and gtx 1060 as display output , my pc did not restart itself and can use like normal pc.

3. And if i use ssd as boot drive and vega 8 as display output , my pc also did not restart itself and can use like normal pc.

 

I am totally no idea what is happening... My desktop just work perfectly before the blackout.

Had install different versions of wins 10 but did not help at all.

Had visual check on mobo, no found weird looking capacitor, but the pc just keep restart if ssd is primary drive when i connect hdmi cable to gtx.

Anybody can help me on this? i want ssd to boot windows and gtx 1060 to play games...
