Is my AIO pump / block connected correctly

My block we installed has the loop curve at the bottom facing video card,, then goes up.  How about if I flip it around so it doesnt have to strugly through that curve tube.. Maybe thats why my momo pump sounds like crapola.

I meant the waterblock, not the Rad.  Let me take a pic.. btw thx for your response sir.
