I had this issuse since 2015 , I have a D-Link router which resets automatically when the power fluctuates?

Get a new one...

No router will stay on when the power fluctuates. A new router will do the same thing. Battery backup solves power issue thus solves power cycling issue.

Does this happen in our areas of the house? Or just the one room? This could indicate a larger issue, you may want to get a pro out to figure this out. If its you entire house, there is a possibility that the connection between you and the power company has become damaged. Funny enough this is what happen to me and we are waiting for DTE to come and fix it. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
