Unity how to make VR 3d effect without the camera able to move

I want to make the 2 Eyes VR effect where you have almost the same image on both eyes to simulate 3d but i dont want that the camera can move freely. Thanks for your help

i believe you can if you add 2 squares on the scene, set the camera to project the camera onto both squares (i am not 100% sure how to do it exactly

i’m not sure, i never programmed vr. i just make keyboar mouse games
