The asus monitor is available in store local to me but for a higher price

Dell monitor I would need to order online but currently discounted and over 200$ cheaper.

I own this Dell and I have zero regrets. I very rarely experience any issues whatsoever with it. Stuttering/lag just doesn't exist on this 1ms monitor. I paid $429 for it after two price match guarantees during the summer. Totally worth it. No clue why I would ever need two of these monitors though. I also very rarely use the G-Sync because I just cap my frames using MSI Afterburner with v-sync OFF if I want to play games using a locked frame rate. I usually lock my fps at 90 because my CPU is only an i5.
