psp Why my psp doesnt turns on?

Hello,i have a PSP 3006 and it doesnt turns on with the battery,at the charger,without battery at the charger,and it doesnt turns on anyway (my brother's psp 3001 turns on without the battery) i left it aside for 1 year or so and when i tried to turn it on 2 days ago it didnt,i used a CFW 6.61 at it,the green light doesnt even appears,and if i try to charge the battery on it,for 1-2 minutes it show the orange light normally and then it start flashing and stays like that for 30 seconds and then stops the orange light. please help !

Can you run it without a battery, using the power lead? I bought a cheap battery for my 3001 and it blew out...so I'm currently just using my one plugged in, with no battery.

If it can't run with the power lead attached, it may be a larger issue than simply a bad battery.

actually it cant,i thought it could be a major problem since my brother's psp turns on without the battery plugged at the charge,but for some reason mine doesnt

so as i dont have sure if it's going to work with a battery i will not buy a cheap one until i'm sure of the problem.

Has it come near any moisture etc? I had a psp that was damaged by leaving it in a damp environment(not submerged). That shows the charge light but doesn't respond when you try to turn it on.

no,i left it at my closet
