Set Google Assistant as Default

So recently google released Assitant onto Android devices running lollipop. I am one of those people, and when I got it, I was exited. So on Samsung phones there is a option to long press the home button and Google Now would show up. So I long pressed and it presented me the option to choose between the Google Assitant and Google Now. I choose the Assitant and it works. Later on when I long press, it presents me with the choice again. What can I do?

EDIT: I do click the "ALWAYS" button. It still pops up.
