SFP+ Tranceiver compatibility

Hi all,

 

Can anyone clarify if the following SFP+ transceivers and cables are compatible?

 

Tranceiver:

I'm planning to use them with a TP-Link T1700G-28TQ switch (anything to worry about in terms of compatibility? Cisco seems like the most widely supported transceiver)
