XFX Support log in problem

For some reason i cant log in to xfx because of the verification code that has characters like this 0 + ?=7 i have tried filling it in with the correct answer and also the way it looks. If this stops me from getting a lifetime warranty im going to be a little pissed.

it's working for me,just registered with it and logged in.

try a different browser or something.
