So the last thing that is neccessary for my build is a CPU cooler. I have been dying to check that off my list but I just bought a WF3X R9 290 and I have 10 dollars remaining haha. I was wondering whether its Worth waiting for my gtx 670 to sell and to buy an h100i with replacement fans or if its enough to just buy a Hyper 212 EVO in 2 weeks or so. I would like to have a decent overclock but it doesnt need to be overkill either because even the way I have it now at 3.4 is more than enough. Im just thinking for the future.

I would hold off until you can afford something a little better, especially since you're using a Haswell CPU.

You're somewhat limited with giant air coolers in that case. What you can do though is get an NHD12/14U and put the fan on the other side so it's pulling the air through.
