H80i Problems

Hi, I got a h80i early January and everything was going great up until around 2 months ago. Every time i boot it comes up as CPU FAN ERROR and my fans are stuck on maximum speed and they give off a horrible coil whine. I have try re installing drivers and re plugging in everything but nothing works and it is really starting to piss me off.
