Motherboard for?

So an ATX Z series board? 

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

i5 8400 can't overclock

It needs to have K in the end like i5 8600K CPU with Z370 motherboard to overclock
