PC Randomly restarts

so this issue has been going on for a while now but i cant seem to figure out whats wrong. Whenever I turn on My PC the error light on the motherboard turns on in VGA but I took out my graphics card and uninstalled the drivers for it completely and I'm still having this issue. I looked into the event veiwer and the issues that i wasn't able to find a fix for was "The MSI Command center service terminated unexpectedly". Now I went into the control panel's ecurity and maintenance and they have a record of the issues I've been having I attached screenshots of them.

 

Does anyone know whats happening with my PC and how I can fix it? Thanks

You running any overclocks? If you're fine tooling around inside remove unecessary ram etc, make sure GPU is in motherboard top slot.

How are your thermals?
Did you install any new software recently? Any updates?
When does the machine turn off? Does it happen while in use or just randomly or when in idle for long periods?

If MSI Commander is quitting unexpectedly it is possible it is taking the rest of the system down with it. Try removing and testing from there. 

 

Additionally, I would try something:

Unplug the power button from your motherboard. You can start your machine by shorting the power button pins with a screw driver on the board. 

 

My system recently started shutting down randomly. Turns out the power button was bad and was randomly shorting and turning off my machine. Took me over a week to figure it out.

1. I've never overclocked the CPU, I've only stress tested the GPU but it's out of system and it's drivers are  completely uninstalled because I though the issue was the Graphics card.

2. my thermals are at 35-39c while browsing, what can i use to check the temp of the system without using the command center?

3. It shuts down completely randomly regardless of weither im doing work on a browser or gaming. It doesn't shut down as often or at all when its idle.

and for the other user who commented, would the top motherboard slot be near the CPU?

this is my first PC build ?

once this issue is fixed I'll put the graphics card back
