No internet in Windows Server 2016

I've installed windows server 2016 but when it launches there is no network connection, I try and install the network drivers for my b450 strix f motherboard but it says there is no intel nic present. Can anyone explain this and help me please?

if you are trying to use wifi, use the following steps. if you are using ethernet, i dont know what to tell you

Step 1 - Get confirmed, its Windows Server 2016.

Step 2 - Open folder location "Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections" and verify.

Step 3 - Open "Server Manager" and click on "Add roles and features".

Step 4 - Click on "Next".
