old/unwanted Bootmgr stopping me from formatting

fuzedzn

Hi,

I just installed Windows 7 onto a new ssd and then plugged in my old HDD that still contained windows in the hope to grab files that i needed before formatting however..

Since adding this hdd back onto the pc its added a Bootmgr file to another ssd that i had bf4 installed on.. I now cannot format the ssd due to the bootmgr.

How do i go about getting rid of the bootmgr from the ssd?

Have you tried going into your Bios and setting the first boot device as the SSD?

if you can enter windows, use a program called "unlocker" to unlock the drive and try formatting again.
