Help notification problem

Hey,

 

Have a problem with my andriod phones its a note9 and s7. I have done the basics.. Disabeld battery saving, priority notificatons, app settings and even root with android lineage. 

 

I wont get the notifications when the screen is black.. but when i unlock i get all at once.

Show notification on start screen is what you need to enable to show these messages.
Settings> Notification > app badges, and enable the show on start screen

I have trippel check that now.. still have the same problem

• From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen. ...
• Navigate: Settings > Lock screen and security.
• From the Lock screen and always on display section, tap Notifications.

Yea know what you mean for settings at the first reaply But still dosent work..

I'm just searching the web as well at this point, but some people reported the same issue:

 

If you go to Settings > Lock Screen and Security > Notifications > On > Hide Content > Off > Notification Icons Only > Off, this should add lock screen notifications to your device.

 

Good thing they have 3 different setting for the same thing on there
