Temperature question

Hi, so this is the first PC ive built and im not 100% sure what the temps etc should be. do these look ok? from all the videos and everything that ive seen this looks fine, (this is at idle) not 100% sure how to get the temps "under load" how do you do that lol

I usually use OCCT and Unigine Valley for stressing the cpu and gpu.
