Is this custom loop compatible?

Going to be watercooling for the first time so just wanted to double check I had took everything in to consideration regarding the parts I was going to choose

 

• EK Water Blocks FC Titan & 780 SE GPU Water Block
• EK-RES X3 250 Reservoir
• Primochill Primoflex Advanced Tubing ID 3/8 OD 1/2
• Koolance QD3 Male Quick Disconnect No-Spill Coupling, Male Threaded G 1/4 BSPP - Black
• Koolance QD3 Female Quick Disconnect No-Spill Coupling, Compression for 10mm x 13mm (3/8in x 1/2in) - Black
• Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper 480mm
• EK Water Blocks EK-Supremacy Clean CSQ
• EK-FB KIT ASUS R4BE
• Corsair Fan, SP120 PWM x2
• EK Water Blocks EK-CSQ Fitting 10/13mm G1/4 x16
• OcUK Tech Lab - XSPC D5 Vario Pump & XSPC Acetal D5 Top

I think everything should be compatible, but would be grateful for some other opinions, also what do people think on clear EK blocks?

Everything looks compatible its 3/8 throughout the build, I would guess acrylic is easier to be scratched up than acetal, but the differences are minimal.
