are you cpu or gpu encoding?

One of those two components isn't going to be too busy one way or another , less you are doing both i suppose.

I'll edit on cpu then final render on gpu , but thats only due to stability problems which you shouldn't have if you're using newer versions of premiere

Why that motherboard specifically? Do you need the 10GigE port? Are your files stored on the network? That would explain the rather small amount of storage :)

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

Emosun I guess i will be using both of them.
NelizMastr Yes my files is on network and  so i need 10Gig netwok card :)

I wont do any editing on this just rendering transcoding etc.
One more question :)  overclocking will it  decrease time?

Get 4x8gb ram instead for quad channel. You could also get a better quality 650w psu such as a focus+, g1+/g2/g3, or rmx/rmi

Yes it will. Just make sure your cooling can handle it. I think you would need an x299 board to OC tho

EDIT: I missed this... Don't get an 860 pro. For that price you could get a 970 Evo, sx 8200, wd black 3d, or ex 920 all which would be much faster.

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

As @DocSwag suggested, get a quad channel memory kit. There is a noticeable performance benefit in memory intensive jobs.

I would suggest memory with a lower CL. DDR4-2666 CL 14 would be very good, although faster memory like DDR4-3200 CL 15 would be better.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
