can i run safely with this build on a fsp hyper k 500w 80+ psu?

Ryzen 3 1200

Gtx 1070 ti

6 120mm fans

1 8gig ram

and would it bottleneck in terms of gaming?

your psu doesn't have any problems. its more then enough. your pc on the other hand might bottleneck in games like tomb raider

you can safely run a pc of much more power hungry parts than those with 500ws.

Whats your budget? If its low, I would go with the r5 2600, but if its around $300, I would go with the r7 2700 or non x variant
