We are at the peak of the budget, no more cuts can be made and a B350 isn't really a option, the question is:

Will a A320 affect the ryzen 5 2400g performance in any way shape or form?

Ive hurd people having problems reaching the full potential of their hardware cause of the motherboard, is that true?

(This is the motherboard: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B073WD2QGY/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8

We mostly need a productivity (video and photo editing) pc but 720p games on medium/high are also a must so we went  with the ryzen 5 2400g.

Edit: Thanks a lot for the answer.

It was for a friend that really wanted ryzen 5 on low budget, a B350 wasn't really fitting in the budget as every penny counted, I've just helped him choose some components so he doesn't do dumb stuff like buying a 5$ psu and alike...

Yes, he could have chosen other mobo/CPU/GPU and maybe he would have a better overall system but he wanted a ryzen system with good video editing capabilities and a graphics card good enough to game (on 720 low if needed).

given pricing on the B350 boards you might aswell run with an B350 board

do you have a full budget?

we could probably squeeze an 1600 + (insert some sort of GPU) in to the budget

edit: it wont affect performance, but you cant run out of spec memmory through DOCP nor will you be able to overclock.
