I need help upgrading

So I already have a gtx 1060 and a 450w power supply. I want to upgrade because my motherboard is dying and I am tired of the fx 8350. Here are my two upgrades I have made, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qVZm7W and https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4Xd76sWhich one is better. Should I get neither and upgrade with different parts? Also are those case fans good? What should I do? My budget is $530 max. I really would like to keep it lower than $530 though. It takes awhile to save money. I want to use it to edit videos and play games.

What 450W PSU?

Get a 2600 (no X)

a better cooler like the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 since the R5 2600 comes with just the Wraith Stealth

and the Asrock B450 Pro.

Save ~$60

My PSU is EVGA 450 BT 80+ bronze.

Yeah, no. EVGA BT is low end, and is not very good. Something like an Be Quiet purepower 10 would be far better.

I'm not sure how I feel about that PSU.

You could use the $60 saved for a better one.

I think I will upgrade the PSU later. What do you think about this setup with this CPU cooler?
