Theres a program here that I think will work. But do scan the installer with your antivirus package first, Im not 100% sure its legit, but it seems to be. Lemme know if it works: http://php.net/

i cant download it. it stucks at 100% i tried rebooting i tried disabling windows defender. no luck

ok, i downloaded it. extracted it. and now wheres the installer or how should i install it
