FPS Drops

I have received my new gpu today, and I was stoke when it turned on and everything. After deleting all my old amd gpu drivers I installed the newest ones off amd's site. When everything was finally done i decided to play some league of legends with some friends. But while i was playing league i noticed that my R9 270x would not cap at 60 fps. It will dip below 30 fps and never really stay above 50 fps. I cant tell whether its the card or the drivers. Anyone got a clue what im doing wrong? Also when i play other games if I move my mouse to fast my fps will drop alot.

8gb gskill ram

750w spi psu

r9 270x dual-x 4gb gddr5 

1tb western digital blue hard drive

could play with graphics setting in games thats what my guess would be

When I play bf3 at ultra and the gpu is under max load it is at 61c

Possibly, but their would be alot of forums on mads site about drivers. Even playing some games at the lowest settings like bf3 i still see huge fps drops almost below 30

How is your your hard drive activity? With dips, sometimes is hard drive activity slowing you down.

no dips, i just checked to see if it was slowing down, and its still at its same speed when i got it
