my budget is $1,000

All with 8750H CPU (must undervolt, repaste highly recommended):

HP Omen 15t dc with 144Hz IPS

Dell G5/G7 - low sRGB FHD IPS

CyberpowerPC Tracer III 15 (TongFang GI5CN5E) - low sRGB IPS ONLY

Lenovo Legion Y530 - low sRGB IPS (144Hz IPS is better but out of budget)

Eluktronics NB50TK1 - desktop CPU (delid recommended), low sRGB IPS

What about HP Pavilion Gaming - 15t for video editing? I thought for buying a new budget laptop for video editing which obviously has to be a gaming laptop, and while looking out i found this new HP Pavilion's NEW Gaming series offering the following specs at just $1060.

  1. 8th gen i7 8750H hexa-core processor
  2. Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB GDDR5
  3. RAM - 8GB DDR4 (i'll add up 4gig more that i have with me making it 12GB)
  4. 1TB SATA 7200rpm
  5. 128 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD
  6. 4-cell, 70 Wh Li-ion polymer

This is the link to the customization page for the device.

I currently live in India, and buying a gaming laptop here would cost me whopping 1 hundred thousand rupees but as a solution in India if we import it from outside there is a direct 40 thousand rupees price cut directly for the exactly same laptop (100,000-40,000=60,000 only), this is why i am interested in buying the device from USA. Currently, my budget is $1,000 which converts to 75,000 rupees. as far as dimensions and battery goes i don't really care just it should be 15 inch.

i am not concerned with battery life or weight of the laptop anything will do on that front and for the website where i am buying it from, i prefer buying any device only from the original manufacturer's website cos this reduces chances of any scam or anything as this is the only fear in making an online purchase. And thanks for your recommendations :) and i even found your suggestion for Illegar Raven quite good but the only problem in buying that machine is how do i get that stuff from there to India, in USA i have my brother staying there so he can bring it when he comes home or parcel it, can you help me on this front please if you can.
