I don't understand your use case?

What do you want to stream exactly? Movies?

 

If so: pre encode them and even with a J1900 I don;t think streaming should be an issue..

You probably need to be a bit more clear on what you're trying to achive. Nginx and obs doesn't usually have anything to do with each other.

But the cpu isn't really strong enough to do much encoding. It probably _could_ do 720p but it's probably a stretch.
