Sikulix - similar software

Hi Guys, 

In my work im creating simple robots to cut some manual work for the company i work for. For that im using mostly Sikulix and excel makros. Are you aware of any other simple programs like that, that are freeware and will allow to use python or c++ combined with some sort of pixel reading from the screen?
