Compare performance to current CPUs or just check ebay.

 

Probably lucky to get $80 for the CPU and motherboard given how relatively weak it is even to like the Athlon 200GE

What I do in these cases is search for them on sale used (Ebay, Amazon, wherever you can), see what the lowest and highest price is for the part and choose something about 3/4 on that scale. The lowest prices scare people off because they think the parts have been abused or have something wrong and the highest prices are mostly ridiculous due to people trying to get most of their money back.
