steelseries 7h cable broke

I'm a user of the Steelseries 7H. But recently my m-usb - aux cable broke. I couldn't find a new one anywhere. there are 3 reason's i can't get an RMA, I bought this headset used, I live in Pakistan and it's a pretty damn old product. My question is what do I do? Can I use a normal m-usb to usb cable to use them? it by itself doesn't work so perhaps any special drivers or smthn? if all else fails can somebvody give me a link to a replacement cable from a website like aliexpress? and my last resort, how do i make one myself? I am good at soldering. This is a pretty common problem apparently but one without a solution online. Thanks in advance.
