HELP RYZEN 5 STUTERING ISSUE

hey guys

i m running on an asrock a320 chipset...with a ryzen 5 2400g.MY issue is constant stutteringh in games which makes me so fed up of AMD

i have tried many solutions including disabling hpet from bios....theres a option to fix this issue but for that i need to set a fixed cpu core ratio which i cannot do on this mobo but i m sure i can unfderclock the cpu

if anyone knows about any underclocking software that supports ryzen(or any other fix) plz help me

Temps? Rest of your specs? RAM speed? When did this issue start? Clean install of Windows?

I smell ram issues. I am feeling that this guy is using 3 slots and the rams do not match perfectly. I am guessing 8gb +4gb+4gb. Something along these lines.
