Multiple issues(may be interlocked)

Ok first problems are error 0x8008007 and 0x8888ffff  (may be 0x0888ffff ,cant remember)this happens on the win 10 feature update 1803 and adobe flash update. My pc also boots in with the clock missing and the font in terminal.also msconfig and windows resource protection wont work.

 

Its an hp envy sieries laptop with stock stuff....my pc is unusable at the moment so please help fast

Your hard drive or SSD could possibly be corrupted, as thats the only thing I can think of that would cause something like that.

Any way to fix this? Ive tried the sfc scannow and so on and so forthbut i get windows resource protection cannot perform this action or something along those lines
