Help please i have a few problems

My pc upon last restart is stuck in an infinite loop of preparing automatic repair......before last restart i wasngetting failed updates and my msconfig would refuse to open.....update failure error if im not mistaken was 0x8008ff or somwthing along the lines its an hp envy laptop that has no mods to it.please help me

Have you tried to boot it in safe mode?

Yes ive tried safe mode,reset,and sfc scannow (on sfc.scannow i get windows resourse protection cant perform this)  also ive managed to get past this loop but my pc is still taking 30mins+to boot

And uodates aren't

working.   

 

Ok ive got my pc active my clock is missing and the descriptions bubbles font is different and avg is broken
