troubleshooting Pc not booting.

This started today morning when I was trying to turn on my pc. The fans, lights and even the gpu fans turn on but the pc won't boot up. There is no indication that the hdd n sdd are turned on too as I have a led indicator for those. I think its my smps/psu that has been damaged but idk. Anyone knows what else can be the problem?

 

Processor: Ryzen 5 2600

Ram: corsair vengeance 8gb 3000mhz

Psu/smps: cooler master 550w MWE

Storage: 240gb ssd, 1tb hdd

Gpu: zotac 1050ti 4gb

the computer isn't posting so just run through the basics with no posts diagnostics.

reset bios , boot with minimal hardware , reseat everything , ect...
