So I am thinking of building a casual gaming rig and im stopping here for feedback, so let me know if this is a good value build, if you have other recommendations, or have any overclocking or software tips. This is my first build so any feedback will help.

Im going for a ryzen vega build to keep cost down. Budget-Around $550 CAD not including tax/shipping.

Case-ThermalTake Versa H15 SPCC Matx $45

Apu-Amd Ryzen 3 2200g $125

Motherboard-MSI B350m ProVDH $102

Ram-Corsair Vengeance Lpx 2x4 Ddr4 3000mhz $130

Storage-Silicon power 240gb ssd $53 Plan on adding another hhd later

PSU-EVGA 500 b1 $50

Fan-Case fan + Noctua Nf f12 $25

Let me know if I should add anything and if you have any tips on fan layout, thanks!

You're going to want either an ASrock Pro4 or MSI Tomahawk board, that board has no SoC VRM where the GPU draws all of it's power.

The ATX pro 4 has display port for possible free-sync savings.

for what board?

The Pro4 B450 has the same VRM on both sizes, but the ATX version has display port for free-sync

I think the tomahawk only has one size

Same VRM, you just might lose some connection options with the micro ATX vs ATX, probably not a big deal unless you really want display port for free-sync.
