HELP!! Error 0x80070015

IBM_THINKPAD_R51

Hello, to be quick, I get this error when i try to install updates and also from the windows store when it tries to download stuff. Hear are the Things i have tried

 

Never had PowerISO

chkdsk /r /f

Clean Boot

sfc /scannow

WSRESET

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Volume Shadow Copy is set to Automatic

 

Does anyone have any ideas. (Dont tell me to Reinstall windows that is not an option)

i think this deserves an episode of "haunted hardware" on LTT haha

 

seriously though, im sorry but i exausted my knowledge here... did you try contacting ms support? they aren't great but it's something to consider if reinstalling really isn't an option
