Win 7 Install LOOP

Stin6667

Hi

Thanks for reading this.

Computer:

Samsung Sens RV511

My wife gave me the computer her mother is using. She says its slow. So I put in more ram. The computer detects it fine.

I put in a new SSD. I am trying to install windows.

But, it is in a boot loop.

It loads the files then attempts to start windows, but then it restarts and does the same thing over and over.

Boot order

USB ( Windows 7 installation method)

SSD

DVD rom

There are other things but I have disabled all but the ones shown above.

I did the diagnostics check. everything's fine

you need to unplug the USB after it installs windows or else it will keep trying to reinstall windows.

If the usb is the first spot on the boot order, it'll boot to the usb everytime.

also,, shouldn't your new ssd be somewhere in that boot order?
