GTS 8800m Driver Problems

Whats the OS and what driver version? The GPU could be dead, and when engaged by the drivers crash.

These chips were quite unreliable. My guess is that it's toast. 

 

Also, which driver did you try? The last compatible driver is 342.01 from 2016.
