Build on a budget

Ok, so as many people have seen, I recently made my first build, however it has become very clear to me lately that this is not going to cut it for anything except for maybe a server. So I have a challenge for anyone who is interested, can you find a way to make a very small budget PC (meaning $60-70, MAX $100), I know this is extremely small, but I do not make that much money, and while I could get a job, I do not have one, so I almost always have next to no money available for things such as a PC build.

 

I am looking to use this mostly for gaming such as games like GTA 5, and modern games.

 

I don't care if the parts are used, or if its an already made PC, just please find a way to do it.

 

I already have a monitor (VGA), a keyboard, and mouse.

Umm, it's not my business, but maybe a part time job could get you a nice pc for "modern" games.

 

If someone, which I actually bet someone could, builds you a pc for $100, it won't be able to get much going on..

 

If you got a part time job, you could build a beast in the short span of like a month, maybe 2 if you did less hours.
