This depends strongly on your budget.

 

LGA 2066 Xeons are definitely going to hold the most cores, but 2011 Xeons will work well too.

i dont really have a budget but i need something that does not cost to much at first but can be upgradable later

Some older Opterons might be a good option, you can have up to 4 of those in one board if you really want it.
