Contact Amazon customer support and explain the situation. They will advise you what steps to take next.

Talk to Amazon about it, generally they're very understanding of situations like this.

Amazon  has always given me excellent customer service. If it wasn't stated when purchasing the item that there may be damage and they are not liable than they will exchange it no problem. 

 

They have a customer service number to call and if you're a Prime member they usually kiss your butt and give a 5 star treatment.

Either way though I'm sure they'll replace it.

also take a picture of the box it came in and the display. coming from a amazon seller.

anything i sell over 50 bucks. i take multi pic up to taaping it shut and shipping it out. for proof. i seen and have had scam buyer before,.
