I got a preowned Asus router from eBay, plugged it in to my router and turned it on and there is no password on it. How am I meant to put a password on my Asus n300 if the website 192.168.1.1 does not even load? I am connected to my router and it still doesn’t load?

My PC Currently Is The P2-1320a.

you have two ways

app from google play store

only connect the router to the pc directly. than browse to 192.168.1.1  than go to LAN option and change ip address to 192.168.1.* *= 2-255 this way each router has it's own static ip address. than you can setup pw and stuff while in here. reconnect however you like and you should be able to access it via the browser on the new ip address.
