Windows RT

So I just bought a windows RT tablet. Junk I know. I new this when I bought it... The sole purpose for this purchase was to watch Twitch. I though that was a reasonable expectation for this tablet. Apparently NO!.

It wont even do that. does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to make this work?
