dafuq is that... never seen anything like that before

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Something similar that happens to me quite often is YouTube giving me the "How satisfied are you today" questions when I open the app for the first time. I can't say if I like the app if I haven't used it today now can I?
