You need to place the file onto an USB, then in BIOS settings you should have a update/flash tab and you will choose the file from the USB, everything else is automated.

Be sure to not pull the USB before everything is done !

1. do i need to select the whole zip file or any specific one?

2. whats the setting called in the BIOS for the flash utility?

3. How do i know its finished?

1. The whole zip file - if not try to unzip it.
2. It's Called Q-Flash then you choose to Update BIOS.
3. The PC will restart itself

I reset all the BIOS settings before I updated so why is it not working, the boot order has the set the :C drive as first storage device
