screen color washed out

I m using 2 Asus VS247  screens , one is connected by DVI cable(cos on this on thats the only input i got, must be a older revision) and the other by HDMI,the one connected by HDMI  everytime i restart a PC or the screen settings got change the color looks washed out , i found the way to  fix that by sliding the Digital vibrance and Hue slider left or right and  back to the same posision , but after a new start up is back looking bleached
